Terrible experience. I rarely order Starbucks, not if sure I will moving forward) Ordered a Venti Shaken Oatmilk espresso, 30 minutes later.. I received a grande shaken oatmilk espresso. I even tipped during payment. I took to the person who rang my order, she rolled her eyes and was like Oh Tgen walked away? There's even more lousy stuff that happened, everyone is entitled to bad days, but the entire team was rude and dismissive. Not exactly what I've experienced before when ordering Starbucks, maybe it's this location
When I politely asked the manager for sleeves for our four very hot drinks, she reacted in an incredibly rude manner. She tossed the sleeves on the counter and said, “Don’t freak out if you don’t see a sleeve on your drink; we’re not supposed to hand them out anymore.” Ironically, the other two customers received their sleeves without issue.
I left feeling very disappointed. Honestly, this experience made me appreciate my local Starbucks, Fitzgerald Starbucks in Pinole, CA, even more. You guys are the best!
I’ve come here at least 15 times and the coffee is consistently burnt/tastes off. Because of this I decided to just get food, and my wrap today was served falling apart (see photo). I understand they must be understaffed but I’d expect a coffee shop to have decent coffee. Giving 2 stars for cleanliness and quick service (when doing mobile order).
Great ,friendly service,clean (5am crew) but the music is terrible I can not stay there more 5 mins ! music they play sounds like some is crying and repeats the same words , could not take anymore it drove me crazy enough to write this review!I

I absolutely love the marshmallow bars made by Erick and Beny! They are such funny and friendly brothers who know how to brew a fantastic cup of coffee. They'll definitely make sure to give you more than just coffee in your cup!

as bad as it gets. gave this place a second chance but got the same result. overheated latte, zero microfoam. pretty much scalding hot milk with lousy coffee.
Great corner location, has inside and outside seating, had decent amount of seating, car parking, quick service and clean washrooms.
