Time passed, and while the three employees acknowledged our presence, they failed to greet us. There was one customer placing an order at the counter, and another sitting alone. After a few minutes, I decided to show my order to one of the employees who resembled Wednesday Addams and asked if I was at the right place to pick up my tiny steamed milk. She replied with a quick "Yeah," then went to retrieve my grande milk from behind the counter and slid it across the counter to me. I honestly wished it had toppled over.

I was greeted by two super professional and sweet young ladies who helped me order-I was super indecisive! My drink was perfectly delicious, a cold brew-yum! But the staff, wow, they were so super friendly and kind! The vibe was cool; music is fun! I have some work to do before a meeting and so I sat and worked on my computer for 2 hours here, I am blown away by the customer service! I am a STICKLER and the young man who appeared, maybe a manager? I don't know but gosh he and the ladies worked so well together. It's quite unsettling to hear the staff gossip so loudly that we can pick it up even with our headphones on. Every time I visit, I catch snippets of their complaints about co-workers they dislike or their frustrations with shift scheduling. I'm grateful I don't bring my child here, as the language used isn't suitable for kids. I initially hesitated to speak up because I understand that everyone needs to vent occasionally, but this has become a consistent issue. So apparently they close at 7. I walked in with another customer and they were closing shop.wirh a closed sign. So I asked for verification because clearly it says 730 and they haven't adjusted their hours. The way that little girl looked at me as I and ANOTHER person asked for clarification.... listen I don't care if they are having a bad day, you are not the only one, and it's so disrespectful and disappointing. I'm just glad looks don't hurt people because whew. I walked out as fast as I could so I wouldn't become a problematic customer
I've seen a lot larger Starbucks who struggle with a bigger staff. Michael is the captain of his trade and runs this store flawlessly with less. The teamIs organized, polite, fast, and drives the brand to a whole new level. the amount of coordination, and teamwork can be seen through the creations in a cup. Hope big corporate dudes see this and set this place as the standard across the globe. It's so popular everyone knows each other by first name and established a “regular crowd” basis.
I visited the restaurant during a quiet time, with three employees at the counter and only one customer ahead of me. I ended up waiting a long time while one employee ground coffee for that customer, and the other two staff members wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Honestly, it felt like I must be so unattractive that they couldn't bear to acknowledge me! Frustrated, I decided to leave. If I could give them a rating of 0 out of 5 stars, I certainly would.
During my visit to the Safeway Starbucks, I had a wonderful experience. The staff is fantastic; Tina is especially lovely. There’s also a young man there who is very kind. The drinks are delicious, although I think I may have gained a little weight from all the hot mochas I've been enjoying! The place is always clean as well. I will definitely miss them. Looking forward to coming back in March!

The staff was friendly, but I made the mistake of not tasting my iced coffee before leaving. The spoiled half-and-half made it undrinkable. By the time I realized, it was too late to go back. What a waste of 100 reward points!
Love the location. Minus 1 star because their coconut milk hurt my tummy. I hope Starbucks will change the type of Coconut milk they purchase one day. One that's more natural and with more flavor.
