Yesterday, Warning I 'm a little irritated....Walking into Starbucks, mask around my wrist, my bad! Asked if I had it, I mentioned I heard on the news that mask mandate was going away soon! The girl behind the counter, was extremely rude and got all uppity, well it hasn 't happened yet me, I rolled my eyes and left. My daughter works at Starbucks too in Eugene Oregon, I 'm very respectful and tip and nice to the ppl that work there! I left and came back thinking maybe we could talk and understand where each of us was coming from...when I approached her, I expressed an interest in talking, she then Unleashed a litany of accusations talked over me wouldn 't let me get a word in edgewise amazin...
For a Starbucks located in a shopping mall, I have no complaints. While there are only a few outdoor seats and the view overlooks a parking lot, that’s just how it is. The interior is spacious, and there’s ample seating—something that’s unfortunately hard to find in San Francisco, where many Starbucks have large, empty areas. The staff here is friendly, the place is clean, and the cheese and fruit boxes are fresh. The trash cans are well-maintained, and there are plenty of napkins and straws available. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have more staff during busy weekend afternoons; the poor guy handling drink orders kept apologizing for the delays. I also appreciate the charmi...
Food: It’s Starbucks, so you know what to expect.
Service: The staff has been very friendly, warm, and accommodating. I’ve never had any issues with their service, and I completely understand the occasional delays when they are understaffed. I’m willing to wait in line for my coffee.
Ambiance: Very convenient location inside Safeway. It has a cozy feel and isn’t usually too crowded.
Lesly made my iced flat white Perfectly. Even when one of her coworkers gave her the wrong instructions (it’s like an americano but with ristretto, it doesn’t have milk) she was confident in her skills, pushed back, and made it up to Starbucks standards. 10/10 would recommend, ask for Lesly if you want your drink made right. First thing I want to say is my daughter has worked for Starbucks for five years. Prior to her working at a Starbucks I rarely went to a Starbucks, I tried to patron local family owned coffee shops. However Starbucks has been pretty good to my daughter, so I started going occasionally and this Starbucks is right by my gym.
The customer service here was the worst I've ever experienced! The evening barista had an attitude for no clear reason. While she might have been having a tough day, that’s still no excuse for how she treated others. Someone really needs to address this behavior.
Briana rocks! Always pleasant, remembers me my preferences and makes the entire experience great. We have choices given the number of Starbucks- but I always come here because of the outstanding customer service. Thank you Briana!
Bunch of high school kids who don’t pay attention to their customers …. I didn’t pay $14 for a melted drink and an attitude !!! Do not go to this location …..
