Starbucks - Réserver une table

This Starbucks is the location of a former bank (Bank of the West), which is the reason for the parking and drive thru layout. They've done a REALLY good job over the years of creating a good interior atmosphere and the employees are always friendly and polite. It's easy enough to walk around the front to enter the building if you're parking on the side or back, and since there's nothing they can do about that layout I'm not holding that against them. The interior is spacious in looks very nice, would have no issues sitting in here drinking coffee and talking with someone. The drive-thru has plenty of space and moves quickly. I Orderd with my on line app the same thing I always order. I got a venta in stead of a tall no sugart free sweetners, and they refused to acknowledge the mistake. To add to the insult I was treated horribly. Highley recoment black rock for great service and attitude. All for a 9 dollar order. And I cannot take back the one star they dont dererve

I'll never go back to this Starbucks again I accidentally grabbed the wrong drink and the barista jumped down my throat was super rude and disrespectful in front of my 18 month old son.

This was the least busy Starbucks I have been too. Typical friendly service.

It was a treat after a month of medical appts we just used drive-thru.
