Hate to give this starbs such a low review, but I've been going here on and off for 3 years and the experience has been consistently sub-par compared to the impeccable West St. location. I get given iced coffee 70% of the times I order cold brew- either they're chronically out of cold brew and just don't tell anyone, or they think we won't be able to tell the difference. (We definitely can lol, as a starbucks addict myself) Sometimes I ask for cold brew in the drive through to literally get an iced coffee label on my cup. I know they use the cold brew concentrate there too which I find...not great. Lastly, I don't recommend coming here to work if you're a solo female. I've been harassed twic...
this is not specific review for the henry st location but for starbucks itself i have always enjoyed getting cold foam on my drinks, but recently starbucks has been so stingy to the point where i can’t even sip or taste the foam. when i’m paying over a dollar extra for an already overpriced drink, i expect there to be a decent amount. i have been getting starbucks for years and the amount they give out continues to be less and less. also, the almost 10 dollar drink consists of 90% ice. this company continues to decline and i wouldn’t classify myself as a customer no more. starbucks is the most inconsistent place to get coffee and yet it is the most expensive. make it make sense.
I've been going here for many years. Management does an excellent job when it comes to training staff on how to deliver excellent customer service, which I find rare these days (even in more boujee independent cafes) Someone will always greet you with a hello and a goodbye or take care once you leave and they don't seem inconvenienced by customers at all As someone who has worked at a Starbucks many years ago, I always appreciate great customer service. Keep up the good work!
Hello folks, Over here I ordered iced matcha strawberry oat latte today, but I’m very much disappointed because they put so much ice in the drink, although the quality of the drink is sooooo good. But next time please make sure that ask the customer first and then make the order cause if we r paying 6$ and it is not worth. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
Met with a friend to have a coffee and conversation. But the music was so loud I couldn't hear my friend and I found myself yelling at him. I asked that the volume be turned down, and that did happen, sort of. I had a white mocha. So sweet, too sweet. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Finally give me the drink when I lost my patience and leave at the door after almost 30min sitting there alone when no car at drive thru and only 3 customers with served drink in store Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
