I should not have to stop at the dunkin dinuts across the street before arriving to the mall because the Starbucks in the mall is super slow....employees especially tht super tall girl is always running her mouth about nonsense music clothes parties everything except making a freaking drink...the employees have ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY it's like a party...God forbid you wrk in the mall plan on being away for about an hr while they laugh talk clean the counters off slowly while there are 15 ppl waiting to order....WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT !!!!
The employees are always just standing around shooting the bull while the line expands by the minute. They are more concerned about getting the app orders made before taking care of the patrons who are there in line waiting for their order. I feel like I’m standing near a construction site watching 1-2 guys doing work while the rest are standing around, not even pretending to look busy. Everyone looks like a character from a cartoon with their wild hair colors, tattoos and piercings. It’s honestly very unprofessional.
I was really confused during my visit. Upon arriving, we found that there was no designated place to place our order. Everything has to be done through your phone, but there were no signs indicating this requirement. Additionally, there was nowhere to sit. I expected that going out for an expensive cup of coffee with a friend would be a nice experience, yet we ended up sitting in our car in the parking lot, which was also a mess. I'm very disappointed.
Ordered a salted caramel cold brew… not only was the wait for my drink long but it also had way too much cold foam (did not ask for it that way) and no ice. Did not even bother to ask for them to redo it because I had already waited 20 minutes for the original drink.

They open at 8. At 8:25 they didn't have coffee. No coffee at Starbucks indicates a problem. I walked through the parking lot for a delicious cup at chick fil a at half the cost.
Terrible experience. I waited 30 minutes, and the staff seemed unhappy and poorly trained. Service was lacking, and the prices were too high for the quality. Not worth it at all.
I'm really glad this Starbucks is located inside Target because my favorite one on Baltimore Pike switched to pickup only. I'm thankful for this option!
The store is supposed to be open until 9 according to their Google listing and they closed at 8pm on a Wednesday.
