I did a mobile order thinking it would be fast but sadly it wasn't. The people that got helped in the store was helped first!! I could see my name and cups just sitting there as they ignored my order! I stood in the store for 20mins!! I finally said something to the girl and she said they are coming. How does that make any sense! When I got in there the store was packed and I left it was empty. Definitely won't be going to this one again! I much rather drive to a different one that actually care about mobile orders and communicat with the customers and not let them stand there for 20mins Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
If you go in person, be prepared to wait for a simple order at least 20 min (even though it's not busy). They prioritized the online orders and left the in-house customers confused and waiting. The 4 staff looked like headless chickens with no coordination among the staff. Very poor work flow and disorganized. Will not go back in person again.
Visited in the afternoon today and I was standing at the counter for many minutes and nobody attended to me. The employees just seemed too busy chatting with each other. I thought the premium was for the customer service? If I just want coffee, there are better places. Service: 1
