This restaurant has a fantastic location and a pleasant, functional atmosphere. It could use a little more attention to detail, like tidying up the lobby tables and dusting the furniture, but it seems the drive-thru kept everyone occupied. I'm quite happy with the service, the friendliness of the staff, and the beautiful setting. I would recommend this spot for getting some work done. As a remote worker, having reliable access, a welcoming team, and good coffee is essential, and this place meets all those needs.
No matter if it’s busy or not they always do a bad job at making drinks I always end up getting a refund instead of taking the drink. I’ve just stopped going here prefer going to the Lyons location. Everytime I order sweet cream cold foam it just looks like extra milk not foamy at all. They also never fill their drinks all the way up. Order a venti it’s almost like a grande. Nope.
This location in particular consistently makes my drink wrong. It’s just an iced shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream, but more often than not, they do milk (and no sweet cream). Note this is a paid upgrade I am not getting. Furthermore, this is the only location in the immediate area that will not sell syrups based on a non-existent policy.
Waited over 15 minutes for my drink. No, I 'm sorry , or apologies for the wait , just your payment please. Drinks were just fine. They did get one drink wrong, but was not interested in dealing with an even longer wait.
