2023They block power outlet to force laptop users out, which is against the reason Starbucks success competing others saying we are your office while other coffee shops such as coffee bean block the outlets. Now, I better go to coffee bean for the better coffee always..5 yr agoThis is one of the best Starbucks very good for those who study and work, and for laptop users. This one is Big Startbucks. Big shared desk and lots of small tables. And it has big outdoor area as well. Only drawback is parking because it 's in the center of the famous Melrose shopping area.
Went to pick up my mobile order, and I asked the girl at the pick up counter for a tray, and she looked at me and said nothing. Finally after a few minutes of standing there I politely asked for a tray and bag but she acts annoyed when she gets them for me. Finally when I said thank you--I was again ignored. I'm in the hospitality industry and this kind of attitude should be left at home.
Theyre half an hour late to opening with the hours posted on the door, the rude manager shoo'd me away, amd the whole morning shift is going from staring at me like an alien to just chatting with eachother.
April the manager is fantastic. She helped me with something when I was in a real bind and I am incredibly grateful. She was understanding, compassionate, and friendly. Thank you SO much April !!!!!!

Always the nicest people work here, and the environment is perfect for an afternoon of work. It does get loud and crowded around high school dismissal time but is also a great place to people watch.
I like this place is very nice and clean. the people that work here are very nice and friendly ? and always smiling I like different things like coffee and the food is good as well.
Worst service!! Unqualified employees with bad attitude and customer service skills. The worst among most starbucks . On top of that, Homeless and bad smell everywhere.

Limited parking but that's par for this area. Some crazies inside but not bad. Only one restroom but it is large. Spacious.
