Clayton Starbucks has consistently been my favorite Starbucks. I rave about them everywhere I go, haha. My drinks are almost always made exactly how I order them and the staff has always been super friendly! The reason for the fours stars instead offive is because I?ve noticed a shift over the past few months in the consistency; I?m not sure if it is a shift in management ortraining style.. more drinks than normal have been made incorrectly. I went in today and my drink, as well as my sisters wasmade incorrectly in more ways than one. However, Marcos was AMAZING on fixing the mistakes! Starbucks is a company skating by on a reputation that it has long since failed to uphold. Quality has decreased drastically while prices continue to increase. New employees are very clearly not given enough training based on the number of mistakes happening. But the real problem is the focus on fast drive thru times at the expense of quality. The baristas do not clean their tea shakers in between drinks. We order a black tea lemonade with light lemonade every single day from this location, and 8/10 times there are nasty bits of fruit mixed in. Today it was a slimy piece of strawberry. I'm honestly surprised they haven't killed someone with an allergy yet.
This is the best Starbucks I ever been to. The management is amazing. The staff is super friendly they never say no to anything I asked them before if a drink is not what I thought they fixed it right away and make me leave happy I order daily . Not tomention Kelsey the Manager is super awesome. The Staff Jessica. Balkley. Marco . David and Mis Winter are my favorite peoplealways friendly. Truly all of them are amazing.
Horrible service no one told us it was red cup day not really fully announced on the website on anything. I made a order ahead got there on my schedule time and she told me to be another hour so I got my order but I had to get to work then she told me Ihad to get another line to get money back so so what is the point of doing a call ahead to this location. Need to get moreorganized.

By far the best in the Raleigh/Joco area. The staff is friendly, and the drinks are consistently well-made. It’s nice not to have to worry about whether your order will be good. Thank you, Clayton Starbucks! I hope another location opens closer to River Wood/Lumen Plant!
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and attentive when it comes to drinks. On the rare occasions when something doesn't meet my expectations, they address it with a smile. Online ordering is also fast and user-friendly.
The service was speedy, but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. The espresso was small in portion and overly sweetened with caramel. On the plus side, it was quite affordable.
I love my coffee no matter the time of day the staff are always friendly and they move pretty quickly throughout the drive thru and Inside they never mess a order up.

Coffee is good. But what stood out is the service. My son wanted milk and an employee warmed it and gave it to him. It made him happy.
