Starbucks - Réserver une table

I typically don't write reviews or complain if I am not satisfied, but I am incredibly disappointed with the service at the 7th location. My boyfriend and I visit this place every morning before work to get our iced chai lattes with vanilla sweet cream foam, without any additional ingredients. We have ordered the same drink 3-4 times a week and in the last two weeks, on four occasions, we have been given completely wrong orders. Unfortunately, I only notice the mistake once I am already on my way to work and it is too late to turn back. The lady with glasses and brown hair continuously messes up our order, and I do not have the time to ask her to fix it. Today, I received a plain iced latte...

The location of the restaurant is not very safe. The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses.
