They made my drink wrong, and the WiFi wasn't working Update: Dropping this down to a one star rating, I go here frequently as I live very close to it. I've been going there for three weeks and in that times they've gotten my order wrong Four times.Today, they told me they couldn't do a Pour-Over of dark roast because they'd *lost* the equipment to make them. Not sure if I believe that, did someone steal it? Did they even Look for it? worst starbucks ever!I order from them everyday the same exact order. They pick and choose when they add my three extra shots to my drink. I watch them make it from the window watch them put the 3 shots in from the cup then watch them hit the button one more time and add the last shot and then fill it up with ice and water for my Americano. An Americano is 4 shots I order 3 extra shots 75% of the time they do NOT add the three extra shots. Amazing service! Amazing staff! Delicious drinks! The couple times I have been there I can see the staff are busy, and working hard!Give the young people working there a break! Quit complaining about ICE and if you don't like it go home and MAKE YOUR OWN FREAKIN COFFEE PEOPLE!
