First, Emma didn’t even acknowledge me with a smile or a greeting at the window. Basic customer service etiquette involves welcoming customers, but that seemed to be beyond her. When I received my drink and found it wasn’t made to my liking, I politely asked Emma if she could add an extra shot of coffee to improve it. Instead of helping me out, she had the nerve to demand an additional dollar and a half for a correction to a drink I had already purchased. Who charges extra to fix their own errors? The service was equally commendable, with the staff being friendly and efficient, also receiving a 4 out of 5. Lastly, even though I didn't dine in, the atmosphere seemed inviting and pleasant, earning another 4 out of 5. Overall, I would recommend this spot for a tasty breakfast takeaway!
I'm not a coffee drinker, so I usually order a simple black tea. They don't always get my name right, but honestly, who does? Like many others, I frequently hold meetings there with clients or agents from my office because of the cozy atmosphere. I really appreciate being able to give out small denomination gift cards for referrals, and the recipients always enjoy them. The service is consistently good, which I always appreciate.
Extremely fresh bathroom. Specialty drink recipes/tastes are consistant from visit to visit. I 'm a hot white chocolate mocha and caramel frappuccino girl! Highly recommend!
