Starbucks - Réserver une table

I just went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. I ordered a trente pink drink and requested that no more than half the cup be filled with ice. The girl taking my order responded with a condescending tone, that 's usually how they are made, love. When I received my cup, 3/4 of it was ice. I do not pay $9+ for a drink to be spoken down to or to be ignored. Starbucks must have relaxed its hiring requirements because the customer service was terrible.Edit:I 've returned to this Starbucks since I only had one bad incident, and the service was, once again, amazing. My drink was perfect and the customer service was stellar.

It's hard to find a starbucks that have employees who listen and make your drink the way you like it. I must say I was at this place twice at 6:00 this week and they were AMAZING!!!!! I'm very picky as I like my Frappuccino. Thank you for having a great staff that really listens to how the customer likes his drinks!

This location has gone down hill so badly. It shouldn't take 25+ minutes to get drinks in the drive through. I understand being busy but that's just insane! Management really needs to do better with their planning during busy times.

Always a line, but that's because the drinks are good. Service is also good. No complaints here. My dragon fruit drink is sometimes outside, but you can't help it is good, popular.
