Always had a good experience here until today. I treat myself to Starbucks 2x a month and I almost always come to this location bc I feel like they are the best at what they do. Today I picked up my coffee with light ice and it was Just a little more thanhalf full. Now, I don?t expect it to be filled to the top when I ask for light ice. But this is literally like they poured agrande into a venti cup. When I asked about it the older guy with glasses behind the counter rudely and dismissively said ?wellyou asked for light ice? I wasn?t about to argue and make a scene so I left. But you?re saying that the only difference betweena venti and a grande is the amount of ice? This is absurd. I?m so d...
Woww The prices are accepted. In general, it is pleasant to be in such places and they are very memorable. I also want to come here more than once. Glad to have found such a unique place. And I try to come here more often, I try to do it more often. Its very good
Every time I?ve ordered for the last two weeks, they don?t fill the cup all the way. For a $6+ beverage (toasted vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso), that?s complete BS. If someone pays for a beverage can you guys please start making it properly?
Our order was very quick and great customer service. The person taking our order asked which way to spell Sofia when I put it as our order name I was very happy because that was the first time in my life anyone has asked me that !!!

Great experience! The service is highly professional; you can tell that the staff are true experts in their field. It's evident from the moment you arrive. The ambiance is also quite appealing.
The staff here are incredibly kind and efficient. Someone mistakenly ordered their coffee at the wrong location, but they still prepared it here without any hassle. It's really impressive!
Today is the third time I visited this location and they were CLOSED. It was 4:50pm Friday. I've given up with this location. Dunkin Donuts on route 46 is a mile away and open 24/7.
Great Starbucks warm atmosphere and even better coffee. It is in Denville and it can get BUSY! Even during a rush, all workers always maintain a positive and professional tone.
