Standard starbucks shop in central city location. Has plenty of space at the ground floor and in basement. Staff was friendly and spoke in English, which is not always the case in Geneva. Prices are standard for Geneva, we got large pumpkin spice latte for almost 9 francs. It would be great to have seats upstairs to get a view of plainpalais.
I put one star because you can't put less. Servers in the west, too focused on chatting and being on the phone. We ask for drinks to be consumed on site, we are just given the drinks, not even trays or spoons and what's more, they have the wrong tea bag....No professionalism and no friendliness.
We have used this a lot. It’s always boiling in the airport and the food hall is no exception. Never seem to have enough food in when we go. Staff are efficient coffee great and you can feed the birds that fly in through the roof.
Ekelhaftes altes Croissant. Jetzt muss ich mich bei McDonalds anstellen, da ich den Müll, für den ich bezahlt habe, nicht essen kann. Yuk. Ich dachte, Starbucks sei eine vertrauenswürdige internationale Marke? Réservez une table maintenant
Starbucks great coffee in the center of town. Quite a student population with the university nearby but fast, efficient service and helpful and smiling staff. It feels good and we're going back.
Disgusting old croissant. Now queuing at McDonald’s as can’t eat the rubbish I paid for. Yuk. I thought Starbucks was a trusted international brand?
Standard issue Starbucks, but very crowded (next to University, so packed with students working). Hard to find seating.
Starbucks is a model of success. I can only give 5 stars but, 7.80 for a tall is too much. So I give 3 Réservez une table maintenant
