Starbucks it's always a good place to enjoy your favorite drinks... But this particular location will make you wait in line for ever, Then things could turn ugly when the staff may not greet you in a courteous matter. Most Starbucks Usually have outstanding and charming staff, unfortunately Not the case of this location. Remember... The costumer it's always right...! And if not... Be courteous about it. I think the lady mixing my drinks just had a bad day. But the manager should know about it. Be kind and helpful to your costumers and leave your problems at home. If you want a fast reliable place to order and have and amazing service I strongly suggest to go somewhere else.
I just wanna buy a tumbler for my cousin who collects them. The line is about 30 deep. I asked if I need to stand in line just to pay for the tumbler AFTER nicely calling out to the two behind the counter more than a handful of times. Both were near to me and the one making the coffee FINALLY looks at me with disgust and says, Yeah. WE WAITED JUST OVER HALF AN HOUR IN LINE!! All these people in line must really need their coffee to wait this long for garbage service and mediocre (at best) coffee.
Very slow workers. I ordered 5 things and the lady wouldn't guve a cup of ice because her opinion was that I didn't need it. This airport needs to have better prepared employees for customer service as whole. It is upsetting to be traveling and have to deal with these rude people (also at Corona restaurant)
Quick interaction, no line, fast service. Usually the line is insane. But I was lucky that there was no line ahead. The lady who assisted me was very professional and attentive. Got my cake warm and just enough cubes of ice on my chai tea latte. Overall great experience!

Have it 3 stars only because I love Starbucks coffee. Worst wait ever. Been on line 15 minutes They are always understaffed!! The workers are all pleasant I'm sure no fault of theirs so management please take care of this constant problem you have at your location
It can get pretty crowded here, so metered street parking is hard to come by. There is parking for 90 minutes free at the nearby parking structures. This cafe is great. It's right in Old Town Miami, which I love because that whole area is fantastic.
The slowest staff ever, I've been waiting on the line for 30 minutes and their wondering around chit chating with airport employees and having fun, the manager hired the slowest people ever, maybe skinnier that they can move !!!!
Only one person on the till and that person is the slowest person that could be on a till. And there is nothing, no frapuccino, no capucciono! What kind of starbucks does not sell capuccino?

Longest Starbucks line for probably the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Everything tastes like it's expired. Go to one of the other 10 Starbucks in the airport.
Near my gate arrived tired so London fog latte and coffee . Line moves quickly so good thought .
