this is my everyday stop before work but recently my coffee never comes out right. i don't get anything special or added i get my coffee exactly how it comes and it seems they never put sweet cream in it anymore! i think they had a whole crew change and the drinks are being made inconsistently, all i ask is my drink to be made promptly according to the ingredients. i want to keep coming here but paying $5+ for what taste like a watered down cold brew is not it. please work on ensuring employees are following the ingredients and using correct amount of product in coffee, if i wanted a splash or light sweet cream and not the full amount i would ask, if i wanted light vanilla and not the full a...
Most Starbucks locations will have their mobile orders lined up in plain view so you can grab your drink and go. This location kept them behind the counter out of sight. So I was sitting around for 10 minutes until I realized that I needed to actually go up and ask. I have no problem doing this but its not the standard for most Starbucks locations. Especially during peak times, I don't want to bother the busy baristas asking if my coffee is ready yet. At least call out the mobile orders that are sitting there waiting.EDIT:Well they have since added a more streamlined mobile order station and now this place couldn’t be better! I have been to this specific location a few times, the customer service is okay and as a former employee of Starbucks I find it odd that they have never asked my name to put on cup. I worked as a partner for several years 5 to be exact) and that is one of the most key components of the customer connection which is learned through onboarding training.
By the time my drink was finished my sandwich was cold and disassembled. The bread was soggy and slid off with rehardened cheese. The location was obnoxiously busy. Parking lot was unapproachable, luckily there is a plaza across the street to park at. I ordered a shaken espresso, which when was finished wasn't mixed at all.

park them in the partie at the subshop and go over. you will go in, take your drink and go out because they are really fast. totally stress-free. when I personally order, there are often problems with the drink, but never with the app!
Alex and Aubrey are fantastic! They are incredibly welcoming and cheerful, which really brightened my day. The frog hat also brought a big smile to my face. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I would describe my experience this morning (July 27) as exceptional, thanks to the professional, friendly, and fast service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
Gotta love Starbucks... it's a life necessity! Employees were awesome. Drinks were perfect. I will continue to go on a daily basis as usual.
