Starbucks - Réservation de table

I went into Starbucks this morning for my usual daily coffee and I was greeted by rea who is always “happy and bubbly” although she was on her own there was a que of customers and a Que of drinks however I was amazed at the speed and performance that she made these drinks. Two coffee machines were on the go and making a frape at the same time she apologised to the customers for the delay the stores tidy and clean good atmosphere enjoyed my iced brown shaken expresso that Rea highly recommended my new favourite drink

Worst coffee I ever had 0/5 ordered online and took them 10 mins to do anything. I had to remind the bloke to actually make them and he didn’t even apologise. Decided to give them another go two small iced coffee. Run out of regular milk, annoying but not their fault. It was lukewarm, no ice in sight and tasted awful. When we asked for it to be changed just put the tiniest amount of ice in it and gave it back. DO NOT COME HERE SO RUDE AWFULL STAFF

Absolutely awful first and last time asked for to teas to be charged iver £6 then told no mugs had to wait for two to be washed finally got teas that was so weak you could see to the bottom of cups asked for anothwr tea bag but no difference so £6 down the drain as couldnt drink the wouldnt say tea think more nats pee

Rude staff It says closes at 6 we went in at 3 for a coffee and then told was it was takeaway only because they closed at 4 because they only have 3 staff members and they couldn’t wash up . As we was ordering drinks they would huff as answering would not recommend at all Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered a java chip frappe (with coffee) but was sent a cookies and cream frappe with no coffee. No straws provided for the frappe drinks and delivery did not update to on the way until it was already delivered.

The staff need more training n more communication skills too waited for a coffee over 10 minutes they were making others people drink when they know who their where like friends 1st not customers.

Coffee cups half full, not what we paid for! I paid extra to have a very large coffee, cup was barely half full. Absolute rip off. Only good thing was that what I did receive was very hot still.

It didn't seem very clean but staff were friendly and professional. Really lacking in atmosphere, just a very basic place, I don't think I'll go again Réservez une table maintenant
