Starbucks - Réservation de table

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I went through on Monday 4/11 to get my morning coffee. I spend a lot of money here. I had plastic in my drink which I ingested and it either cut my throat or got stuck. I called them, I was supposed to hear back from both the district manager and general manager and I still have not heard from either one. When I talked with the supervisor, she said the new cups are defective and I 've been trying to wipe them out so they are fully aware of this issue. I went home and threw up as well as it feels like something is stuck on my throat. I. come here four times a week because it is close to my house...but lately the one employee can be so loud now it sounds more like a high lunch room than a coffee shop...she speaks so loud sometimes extremely loud that it becomes very annoying. I use to try to do my meetings here but with this employee it becomes too unpredictable as to what she will scream out with. I am not saying it has to be as quiet as a library.....but she takes it over the top doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

"I wish there were more cream or milk to fill the cup! Feel free to use more coffee if you have it, but please don't add extra cream. Honestly, if I wanted a cup of milk, I wouldn't spend $6 on it—I could just drink it at home! I think they should consider what customers expect when they pay that much."

No oven, no fruit for the refreshees, no Carmel for the Frappuccino. Why is this Starbucks out of everything? I asked and she said that's a good question idk. Please do better! What the actual heck. Big mad canceled and went somewhere else Réservez une table maintenant

Pretentious jerks, walked in and right at the front door was a lady breast feeding. I said oh my her friend told me to grow up? When I say that at the strip club nobody cares.

the personal is nice. really work to the line for the drive thru. can be a tight squeeze spinning in the drive-dru-lane for some larger rigs but overall stellar services.

Great service, even though the computers were acting up. The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. I would give every one of them raises.
