Starbucks - Réservation de table

Visited on Friday with my elderly mum, daughter and granddaughter. Mum is almost 90 and very poorly. She was unable to stand at the counter so she sat down at one of the tables while we tried to order. I`m gluten free and there was nothing at all for me to eat other than a dry cereal bar. I ordered 4 coffees, a tuna panini for mum and my granddaughter had a cookie. The whole thing came to just under £23. Mine and mum`s coffee was barely warm and not pleasant. We waited ages for mum`s panini and eventually we saw the assistant place one on the counter. My daughter went to collect it but returned without it. Starbucks needs to do something about the over zealous parking firm. So much for encouraging people back into the coffee shops, car park says' free for customers' but it seems you stay over a certain time limit and you are charged big money !! Most expensive cup of coffee I have ever had and it was my first time to a coffee shop to meet my friend after lockdown, we had a lot of catching up to do. I never knew there was a time limit in drinking coffee. BEWARE. Starbucks DO something.

Went for coffee with friends spending money in the cafe went home Few days later got a £100 parking charge for staying and spending money longer than 1.5 hours Rang cafe and unhelpful staff said they don't tell customers you get charged if you stay over an hour Only place I know that wants you to spend money but get out and don't tell them there are charges Absolute joke Starbucks Your staff could not be more unhelpful if they tried

I've been to many different Starbucks branches and this one is by far the worst. Most of the staff seem not to give a toss . Everything is done half heartedly. They don't clean, they don't smile and they never get my simple order right. I keep trying in the hope they've improved but I give up now. I'll be going elsewhere in future Réservez une table maintenant

Beware parking limits! I met a friend for coffee who I hadn’t seen for a while. I waited in the car park for her then we spent a while chatting and buying overpriced drinks. We saw or heard nothing about parking limits, to find we have been slapped with £100 fine. This is crazy, come on Starbucks, get this sorted out!

This place is absolutely terrible. I went for coffee, cake, and had a catch up with a friend, only to receive a parking fine for using their facility. I will never visit this chain of coffee houses again if this is how they treat their customers.

I told them I was a customer and the parking lot was empty. I believe their fees are too high, especially since the communication made it seem like a fine. I will not be coming back and will not recommend this restaurant to others.

So I’m off to now pay £20 to clean my car as they didn’t put the lid on properly and it’s went everywhere, need to put the cream in after the lids on so the seal isn’t awful this is standard no? Réservez une table maintenant

Went to meet a friend for coffee, The service was slow and 5 days later we both received a parking fine. Absolutely disgusting, Starbucks you should be ashamed ripping off your customers!

I also met a friend for coffee and to catch up, but it ended up costing me a £100 fine. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Starbucks again.
