Starbucks - Réservation de table

Stopped for lunch after a long journey after searching in the Starbucks app. Arrived just after 1pm, plenty of room in the unrestricted free shared use car park. On entering the room was quiet, only one other diner, and ordering was no problem. Meals heated accordingly and drinks dispensed OK. Peaceful surroundings despite being next to a nain road (A57). Soon the room filled with other diners and the ambience improved. Toilet clean along with the rest of the building. Left relaxed and ready to continue our day.

I can't recommend this place. For two weeks in a row, they've been out of oat milk for their signature Iced Shaken Oat Milk Espresso. Despite that, I was still charged the full price of £5.45 for a venti, and the cup was packed with ice—there were only about three sips of the actual drink in there. If I hadn't needed to get to work, I definitely would have gone back to complain. The Starbucks at Sainsbury’s is far better than the one on St. Annes Road.

Strange use of the loyalty app. They have to do a workaround whereby they scan item twice and it shows that you have paid double on your receipt. Basically told to just ignore it by staff as its internal workings of their company however producing receipts to the public that are not showing correct payments is illegal and those claiming expenses could potentially be committing fraud. The world is bigger than Starbucks and has consequences!

I've been to this Starbucks a handful of times before the renovation, and I'm not sure if there's a different team or just changes in the seating, but I've been twice since and both times the coffee has tasted bitter and off. I'm not sure when the refurbishment occurred, but the new look is quite unappealing. It feels sparse, cheap, and uncomfortable. It's a shame because I really enjoy Starbucks. I wanted a small glass of milk for my kid. They were charged £2.10. Normally Costa gives it sometimes for free or sometimes for £0.65. Even with the sun, it's very dark inside. Badly designed.

The restrooms are well-maintained and clean, and the seating area is spacious. It serves as a lovely oasis of tranquility.

We have only been once, but the flat whites were nice, the service warm and friendly and the seating area clean and tidy.
