Starbucks - Réservation de table

Eventually, when we reached the pick-up window, we decided to order some additional drinks. However, they informed us that we couldn't place our order there, despite having waited in line. This meant we had to go back to the end of the line again to place our additional order. There was a complete lack of compassion, and no one even bothered to acknowledge us at the window. Overall, we were very disappointed with the way we were treated as customers.

Updated Review: The staff at this location is truly outstanding. Like many businesses, this Starbucks faced challenges during the pandemic, but they've really gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and availability of products. I appreciate their efforts in making necessary changes to ensure that both loyal customers and new visitors can easily order their favorite items. Great job!

The drinks and food are always good. HOWEVER, the service is a hit or miss. I?ve been here numerous times after placing a mobile order and the one thing that upsets me the most is their lack of acknowledging you?ve walked in, lack of asking you if you need help or are there to pick up. you literally stand there for 5+ minutes with no acknowledgement. That alone is poor customer service.

This Starbucks location has been great so far. They always make my orders accurately and within a timely manner and the workers are friendly. I order through the app and my drink is almost always ready before the estimated pick-up time. My absolute favorite drink is a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with 2 pumps of Chestnut Praline Syrup. I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks. Coffee is always delicious, and service is as good as can be with all the stress and orders the staff are under. No one is unfriendly, just always busy.

This might be the best Starbucks in town (and I've visited quite a few!). It has plenty of space, is very clean, plays excellent music, and, above all, features friendly and attentive staff.
