I have been a regular customer of Starbucks fir at least 15 years. Yesterday was National Coffee Day and I received a text that if I ordered a drink on the app I would get a free coffee the following day. So as usual I drove to Starbucks on river road Potomac Maryland and got my coffee. This morning again I drive to get my free coffee and was treated like a criminal by the only person working there at 5:40am Sarah. I showed her the promotion and the purchase of my coffee on my phone and she still said that she wasn?t aware of this and no one had told her about this promo. Now why wouldn?t a manager of a coffee shop reach out to find out what the promotions are on a National Coffee Day??? How...
I really wish Starbucks was cleaner overall. The bathroom needs attention, and I often find crumbs on the tables about 60-80% of the time, even when it's not busy. Also, the charging strip by the floor-to-ceiling windows is covered in dust and grime, which is why I didn't charge my computer there. The menu is great, but a cleaner environment would make the experience even better.
This Starbucks location is excellent. I really appreciate the customer service; I always feel welcomed, and they offer a fantastic selection of tasty, healthy food options when I can't decide what I want. I really enjoy this Starbucks! The team is always motivated and works incredibly well together. Don’t let the long line fool you—they get orders out quickly! It’s nice to see that they aren’t constantly out of stock on everything I wanted, which is quite refreshing for a busy financial district.

I've been a customer at this Starbucks since it opened, and I’ve usually received great service. However, recently the service has been disappointing. Last week, my order was incorrect. My question is whether new employees are being trained to provide better service.
This is the best Starbucks! They operate quickly and efficiently, and the baristas are outstanding! Juls is absolutely amazing! I made a mistake with my order, and he went above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted, even though it was my error.
On a lively Monday, the restaurant was bustling with activity, leading to some delays in orders. However, the diligent staff ensured that drinks were served quickly as a top priority.
I visited a coffee shop at 3 PM, only to discover they were out of coffee. I decided to give it another shot five minutes later, and finally got my much-needed coffee!

It's okay for a Starbucks and a good place to sit down for coffee if you're in the area, also have an outside seating area.
This Starbucks location is truly unique. The service is lightning fast, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.
