Ordered a cold drink. Requested less ice. Given double the regular amount of ice (even over the level lines for extra ice) so my boyfriend requested extra coffee for me. There were five people working. No line. Two people were sitting on their phones.One person was cleaning. The Asian barista girl (don 't know name cuz didn 't go in with him) who he requested extra coffee fromrolled her eyes at him, and passive aggressively exclaimed Gotta get that LIGHT ICE when remaking my order. I 've seen a lot ofreviews regarding the attitude of the employees at this location, and while I 'm aware just how stressful a food service job is,a simple apology for messing up a simple order in an over staffed...
After watching the St. Patrick 's Day Parade to its conclusion, my husband and I walked from Mears Park in Lowertown to Starbucks to enjoy coffee and a scone. This was a special little treat that both of us were looking forward to. After ordering, I wantedto wash my hands and was told that the restroom was closed for the day and to use the port-a-potties. What port-a-potties? Therewere none within sight of Starbucks. The big question is this: If Starbucks is open and its restroom is closed, how were the employees able to wash their hands before serving food and coffee to customers? If you serve food and/or beverages and yourrestroom is unavailable, why would you open your doors for business?...
My favorite Starbucks throughout all of the Twin Cities!!! The team, Nick, Derrick, Tristan, Drew and Tammy are all exceptional barristas with the best customer service around!!! This restaurant is a fantastic place to visit! Their pink drink is amazing and definitely worth trying. They also serve excellent coffee, so be sure to try the Caramel Frappuccino and Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. You absolutely have to go there!

Always friendly. Very busy shop as it is the only one I know of on this side of down town. I am not a coffee dinner but do like their mango dragonfruit lemonade. It is so refreshing and tastes very crisp! Great on a summer afternoon.

It felt like the staff was focused more on speed than on quality. My drink was prepared so quickly that the outside of the cup ended up getting dirty. I don’t really understand why that’s necessary.

I received my mobile order right away. You make the best almond milk chai tea! My breakfast sandwich was fantastic. The service is consistently excellent.
