Kathy needs to work on her customer service skills. Starbucks corporate needs to step in and staff this appropriately, it is always understaffed, who I feel bad for, but also there is a male Stop&Shop employee who is nice and helps out the Starbucks byfilling in on breaks but he has no idea how to make the drinks which defeats the purpose of helping. They need to either closedown for breaks or be adequately staffed. He literally asks you how to make your drink, if there's not enough staff then it justneeds to be shut down.
