I’ve never left a review before, butthis was the absolute worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. There were about 7 employees, all being beyond rude to both each other and the guests. The lady in front of us got belittled by staff when they told her they were out of cake pops (despite telling her to order the bday cake flavor because they were out of chocolate). She was a little upset and the two girls were some of the rudest people I’ve ever seen.Their cold brew tapped, and instead of fixing it, everyone who came across the broken machine simply ignored it and left it for the next person. On the starbucks app movile app, i place an order for a venti strawberry açaí and eggs bite. when I arrived at the store, just my drink and butter croissant were ready, and there was a empty bag the has my name which supposed to held the egg bite, but itwas empty. Ghetto! They closed the cafe but still have online pick up. I get here to pick up my order rushed to get to work and now I’m here for 30minutes still no order. Was in the drive thru line for 15min. Didn’t move. There’s a whole crowd of ppl here waiting for their online orders and no one is coming to the door to give out the orders. They’re being nasty and giving attitude, when they should’ve just closed online ordering. Very unprofessional! I’m sure I’m not the only one late to work today. Smh

Hi any manager plz kindly review the camera of 7:30pm ish sept 12th. One of staff kept talking to two customers like 10 mins and let me waiting waiting and waiting for only one pumpkin drink. Only one staff is taking care of all the orders. She is totallynot functional, balance between work and life is important but it?s not the right time????????

The service here is consistently friendly. I always opt for the ride that's truly comfortable. While the lines can get quite long, I believe this happens at all Starbucks locations. They have never gotten my order wrong. The woman who takes the orders has always provided excellent service. Overall, it's a pretty solid Starbucks experience.

The store always looks fully staffed but is ALWAYS dirty! The staff generally looks like they hate their jobs and it show. I buy $7 coffee because I enjoy the quality. I find this location to lack consistency and to overall not look well kept. Réservez une table maintenant

I tried the featured drink, the pineapple refresher, and it was incredibly delicious when paired with lemonade. It was so refreshing in the hot 92-degree weather!
