Every issue I’ve had at SB has been this place. Drive thru is closed, they do not tell anyone, then the next thing you know you are trapped in line for 20-30min. Before you can get out. Get it together!

The staff here are always incredibly friendly! I’ve never had a bad experience with them. While the coffee can be inconsistent at times, it’s still better than most other places that have closed down.
