Life savers and so kind. Here from Australia and trying to make my way home with no thanks to Greyhound, I had a taxi drop me here to use wifi and an emotional me received a warm welcome, the use of their phone and some water and a cake. I tried to catch her name, but couldn't, but she was tall and thin with glasses and was the shift manager I believe. THANK YOU, what a treasure and she needs a pay raise!
Awful customer service here. Had a new employee try to argue with me about a drink I DID NOT order! I ordered a cold coffee and she?s insisting on giving me a hot tea!? Very rude and unprofessional. The staff at this location have a terrible attitude, management included. And the drive-thru is the absolute worst..don?t go through the drive-thru unless you have plenty of time to kill.
I placed my order through the app. My coffee was ready in about five minutes, but after waiting over 20 minutes for my croissant, I had to ask for it. I tried to be patient since they were quite busy. As soon as I inquired, a staff member took it out of the display case and heated it up. I can’t help but wonder how much longer I would have waited if I hadn’t asked.
Visited this location a few times. This inquisition referred to Casi Cielo... Not enough information, so I chose iced chai tea latte with pumpkin cold foam. Drank it too fast for a pic ?
