This is a great location. The staff here was able to recommend alternatives to my drink that was a Mocha Frappuccino with 1 pump raspberry. Since Starbucks has temporarily stopped raspberry syrup, hopefully not permanently. I wasn't so often, but here they were able to propose the Java chip Frappuccino, which I recommend and you can't go wrong with the cheese Danish.
I never would?ve thought that a lack of willingness to show customer service would be experienced at a Starbucks, but here I am. I walked in with my baby in his stroller and stood looking at the backs and sides of the employees. There wasn?t even the, ?Sorry for the wait we?ll be right with you.? I am only giving this review because they should NO remorse.
Clean toilets, friendly staff and fast service. The only negative is that they seem to have changed the material from which the lid is made, and my wife noticed that it affects smell and taste affects their coffee taste. I didn't notice it, but I'm just a father...
