I don 't like to give anything less than 5 stars unless it 's bad. This is my very first 3 stars review.The 3 stars are for the staff. Starbucks here deserves 2 stars.They close the lobby area and it 's only 6PM! I don 't think they open the lobby for customers period. I saw HS kids coming in with their backpacks hoping to sit and do their homework, yet the door was shut and locked.They have about 4 employees in one shift just to work the drive-thru yet they close down the lobby area. I had seen other Starbucks locations that only 2 employees and they have everything opened. This Starbucks is empty most of my visits, but sometimes it gets backed up, because it 's a drive thru only place and...
It's disappointing to spend your hard-earned money on coffee, refreshers, or other beverages only to receive a watered-down drink that tastes unpleasant, or coffee that is just awful. It's especially unfortunate because this used to be my favorite spot. I also think the location is a bit small and could benefit from some expansion.
**Parking:** It's free, so just go ahead and park.
**Kid-friendliness:** Yes, they are very respectful and accommodating.
**About me:** I'm a retired Air Force First Lieutenant.
**Wheelchair accessibility:** Yes, it's accessible for those in wheelchairs.
The staff at this location were very unprofessional. I requested a remake of my drinks due to their error, but they refused to accommodate me. Starbucks should strive for better service.

The girls at this location are those look at you up and down type... never go inside as they prioritize the drive threw. Shame this used to be my fav spot
The environment is not good. The store is not clean. The restroom is not clean. It might be because some homeless people come to the store for the rest.
Fast and friendly service. Drinks are well made everytime. This will be my go to Starbucks from now on.
