The Customer service was horrible. Most of the staff were socializing, and joking around. Not paying attention to orders. I waited over 15 minutes for my drinks. To find out it wasn't made at all. To stand there and ask to be helped, and to be toldthey lost my ticket. The girl drinking her beverage behind the counter and the guy smiling. The cashier was the only oneapologetic. If there an mistake the right way is to say sorry I?ll make it right away. Not stand there smirking with a beveragein your hand. Unprofessional place!
This Starbucks is the prime example of the importance of customer service. I would come here when I found myself in the area. Each time was an extremely pleasant experience. One time I received a discounted drink because the baristas thought I was the nicest person of the day, another time I received a discounted [expensive] drink because one barista thought the other barista should have been nicer to me. I drive 20 minutes, past multiple Starbucks's, to receive amazing customer service.
Just went in to purchase coffee stood there for 5/7 minutes with no one acknowledging me (I was the only one in line . So I just left without even ordering coffee. There were five employees there with their heads down doing stuff which I get. I wouldof waited if I had gotten a ?I?ll be right with you? but no one said anything . I usually go to the local coffee shops and won?tbe returning after this. Lesson learned
The afternoon team at Starbucks was outstanding! They were incredibly polite and welcoming, always going the extra mile. If they ever left, it would be hard to find replacements who measure up. They truly deserve a raise! If they're earning less than $16 an hour, it’s clear that the staff aren’t being compensated fairly. Also, the menu offers a great variety that complements the excellent service perfectly.

PROS: This is a very nice Starbucks, more than the average location. The staff is very nice and theres a lot of room to sit. They have a gas fireplace to sit next to and relax CONS: Occasionally i may see a homeless person come in here from time to time and they don't clean the tables as often as they should OVERALL: Still an amazing Starbucks that I will continuously go to when I'm in the area
The staff is courteous and friendly. But with only two people working there, on my visits, the wait times are predictably long. In the past two weeks, I visited twice and waited 10 mins and 20 mins, respectively, for an iced coffee.
The manager at Nyack always looks for ways to improve his store. He has set high standards that show through his baristas, which in turn penetrates into his customer base. I'm glad to be a happy customer. Thank you.
There was a young lady with glasses and blond/brown dyed hair who had a big attitude and very poor customer service. I was made a good coffee though

The art exhibition was amazing, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
