I WAS a regular customer who resides in the same neighbourhood where Starbucks is. Lomondgate Starbucks WAS our meeting place for our catch-up but it came to an end since I was charged £100 parking fine due to not entering the plate number into their parking device that was concealed and disconnected . Not to mention that your staff altitude is not pleasant, not a single day they welcomed us, they were absolutely disengaged with us and utmost helplessness with customers.
