You used to be my favorite Starbucks. You were the only one that got my drink right. All of your barista?s were amazing. Couple weeks ago I had ordered online and I came in, and one of your young barista girls asked if I had ordered online. I said yes. She told me that online service was out of order and that my drink had been sent to a different Starbucks. I explained that I was late to work, and I didn?t have time to drive to a different Starbucks. She basically told me too bad. Other times when your service wasn?t online, your barista?s apologized and made my drink. And even a couple of times I have paid for the drink at your office. But this girl was so rude That I just left. And I have...
Nice store, it’s big and I easily found everything I needed in one place last minute Christmas shopping. The lady at self check was amazing; I knocked over my Starbucks coffee all over the floor on self check and she helped me clean it up and was so sweet about it. She told me to go back up to the Starbucks and they would happily give a refil. I go up to Starbucks and tell the girl who’s at the register what happened, the first and only thing she says to me is, “did you clean it up?” Well of course I cleaned it up, was I not going to get a refill if I didn’t? Unfortunately one person can ruin it for the whole business.
Everytime I mobile order I dont get my stuff for 20 minutes! I try ordering 15 Minutes in advanced so that I can avoid having to wait another 10 minutes for my drink. People in line will order their drinks And then get them around the same time as me. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I'm done with this place. I would have been much happier with Dutch bros and it would have taken the same amount of time.
This Starbucks has never let us down but, today in particular they blew me away. My husband had a horrible experience at the Starbucks on Blue Ravine and decided to go to this location when he was back in the area. After telling the barista about his ordeal they gave him a free drink as an apology for another locations poor service!!! That?s why we love this location! They never fail to give 5 star service. I like to go to this Starbucks when I go grocery shopping. I sometimes order before I shop to have a drink while walking around Safeway. Other times I will order after I shop and before I leave. The only issue I usually have is slow service. It's not because of the employee. It's because they get busy and they usually only have one employee at a time working. I will continue going to this location.
