I will leave a 5 star because I absolutely love this location, I always order ahead and my drink is ready when I get there, and perfect every time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm just sad because I haven't been able to order ahead the past few days, and when I left for work early today so I had time to wait in the drive thru (about 3:40p.m. , they informed me they closed at 3:30 today. I didn't have a backup plan because the app didn't say they were closing or anything, otherwise I would have stopped at Dunkin off the interstate in Cottage Grove. I might have to make Dunkin my go to now and that just makes me sad, I hope they go back to their regular hours and bring back onlin...
I visited the restaurant on a weekday at 11 am, and it took 15 minutes to receive a simple latte. Drive-through and online orders were being handled much more quickly, which made it clear that walk-in customers are given the lowest priority. The staff was friendly, but the wait was excessive.
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with a triple shot and no cream. Let me tell you, it was a complete disaster and nothing like what I asked for. Whenever I return to Madison, I won’t be coming back here at all.
This used to be a great spot, but lately has gone downhill. It seems there’s different staff, the drinks/food isn’t great, and they aren’t open half the days they say they are or they close very early.

I ordered a grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher, but it tasted more like plain lemonade than strawberry lemonade. The ladies working there before 5 PM today didn’t seem very attentive.
