I am a regular customer of this place and to my surprise I ordered a sandwich and waited longer than normal, I asked for my payment to be refunded in full and the store manager refused to refund it! I think this is absurd, I felt disrespected and honestly I wouldn't want to go back to this place again! terrible! especially the behavior of managers! rude and dishonest with my simple and deserved request!
I had to wait to place my order because the staff was busy chatting. Although I didn't wait long for my coffee since there was no line, they were focused on fulfilling online orders. I couldn't help but wonder why they didn't prioritize the order of the customer who was right there.

Love Starbucks! Can get really busy and also expensive but can't go wrong with a coffee! Love their pumpkin spice latte.
Worst service ever never seen more slow people then here takes over 20 min to get a driving almost every day I come

"I had to have some chicken nuggets and fries, and they still have the best fries in my opinion. Make sure to always double-check your order before leaving the counter or drive-thru, so you don't realize later that something is missing. You should know better."
