The younger employee mentioned that she was in training, so I moved on to the other employee, who responded rudely, saying she was on break. I inquired if there was no one available to help me, and she snapped back, repeating that she was on break. I wanted to ask why she let me shop if she had no intention of helping, but I held back. Instead, I went to customer service to file a complaint and was told that someone named Mr. Chris would return my call. I understand that the holiday season can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for rudeness and an unfriendly attitude. If you’re not available to assist customers, it would make sense to close off the area during breaks to avoid disturbing cu...
I just left this location and I was disappointed by both the service and the quality of the drinks. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their friends than in preparing my two drinks. When they finally made them, both were extremely bitter, as if the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was only one person ahead of me in line, yet it took a full 10 minutes to receive my two iced lattes. I strongly recommend that the manager addresses these issues with the employees who were working on May 4th around 2 PM.
The customer service here is nice and friendly, but the coffee seems to be made from something very common, like Java chips. The Skinny Mocha Lattes don’t taste the same as those from other Starbucks locations or at Kroger stores; they have a bitter flavor, reminiscent of unsweetened cocoa. Even when I tried adding chocolate, it still didn't improve the taste. On the other hand, the Skinny Vanilla Lattes are fine. Just so you know, they use Kroger's milk here.
Nice, friendly customer service however they seem to be out of java chips or something very often. Seriously run through the rain at 7:57, daughters b day, she wanted a ham n cheese Croissant. Get to counter they've already put everything up and cleaned up. Kids says we're closed. Oh, what time you close? @8. It's not 8. You should say you close at 7:55 if that's when you quit serving people. The manager needs to train employees. Kids don't want to work to the end, find new ones. I'm drenched and frustrated now.
I got a s'mores frappuccino and they did not put any coffee in it and it was pure white. I asked why there was no coffee and the barista replied you have to ask for coffee. J have been to a thousand other locations and never have I need to ask for coffee in my frappuccino. They wasted twenty of my minutes of my time I am never going to that location ever again.
Open with no one working. ?Manager? stilling at table never did get up playing on phone the entire time. Another customer walks up and I told him what was going on. As I go to leave employee shows up but has the WORST attitude! Manager finally gets up but does nothing. NEVER COME HERE!!
I had the worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. The barista didn't bother to announce the orders; instead, they just left the drinks sitting on the counter. Réservez une table maintenant
