I visited this morning and witnessed a delivery driver struggling to pick up an order. Unfortunately, the staff ignored her, while they greeted other customers who came in with smiles and warmth. It was evident that the delivery driver was being friendly and professional despite the staff's rudeness, which I found to be very unfair—she was simply doing her job. I am considering reporting this store to corporate, as the atmosphere has changed since the previous staff left; it just doesn't feel the same anymore. Even the manager was unfriendly and quite rude. It's crucial that the staff is retrained to treat everyone equally, including delivery drivers, who play a vital role in getting orders...
I always enjoy visiting Starbucks, and this charming location in San Dimas is no exception. They offer dine-in service, and my drinks have been prepared quickly every time I've visited. I've been here twice, and the longest I've waited was around 10 minutes. The baristas are very friendly, and since the café is situated in such a lovely part of San Dimas, I really don’t mind the wait at all. I had my go-to Pistachio latte, which I'm savoring while it's still in season. This place has quickly become one of my favorite stops when I’m in the area.
I love visiting Starbucks, and this charming location in San Dimas is a favorite of mine. The food options are great, and they prepare your drink quickly. During my two visits, I only had to wait about 10 minutes each time. The baristas are incredibly friendly, and the beautiful surroundings make the wait feel effortless. On my last visit, I enjoyed my usual Pistachio Latte, which I'm savoring since it’s a seasonal offering. This has definitely become one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in the area.
I enjoyed my favorite Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher at Starbucks, and it was delicious. The drive-thru was quite busy when I visited around noon on a weekday, so I decided to go inside. Fortunately, there was ample seating available, and the indoor area wasn't crowded at all. It was quite hot outside, but the air conditioning kept things comfortable. I enjoyed my favorite Starbucks Mango/Dragon Fruit Refresher, which was delightful. The drive-thru was busy when I arrived at midnight on a weekday, so I decided to go inside. The seating area had plenty of available seats and wasn’t crowded. The air conditioning was on and it was a relief from the heat outside. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and the customer service was fantastic!
This is my go-to Starbucks. The customer service inside is excellent. Even when there's an issue with the order ahead app. They are more than happy to help you. Highly recommend ice cream cheese for those people. Looking for something to cool them off but not looking for the sugar. And they make really good breakfast wraps.
Can?t say enough about the team at this Starbucks! Above and beyond every time! Allison, Sammy, Tori, and Sydni helped me this morning, and as always, were nothing less than professional, friendly, and a delight to be around. Jesse runs a great store!
