As a former employee and Starbucks regular for 10 years now, I can honestly say this store is perfect never messes up my drink and I’ve been a regular at this location for about a year now. I think they have my beverage memorized and they are all so friendly. The lines are sometimes long in the drive thru but the store I used to be a regular at in Naples… sucks so bad. This location however reminds me a lot of the way Starbucks intends on having its stores and I really hope corporate is proud of this one : Customer service is great, speed of service is great store is well maintained.
When I finally reached the drive-thru window after pleading and yelling for them to move along, the barista with short, choppy green hair began making excuses for the lengthy wait. It was a very frustrating experience, leaving me feeling quite distressed. I have reported this incident to both the district and regional managers, and I am considering filing a lawsuit for this undue treatment. No one should be held captive in a drive-thru, regardless of the circumstances.
My dog and I are big fans of Starbucks, but we have a couple of reservations. First, we won’t be adding tips just because we’re encouraged to do so; Starbucks has the resources to pay their employees a living wage. Second, we're reducing our visits by making our own espresso, iced lattes, and coffee at home. A double shot iced latte costs just over $1.25 to make ourselves, compared to around $6 with tip included at Starbucks.
I've noticed a strange trend lately where my cups are consistently not filled anywhere near the top. It’s becoming frustrating to pay over $8 for a grande and only receive a tall. With tips, it comes out to over $9! I'm also fairly certain I'm not getting my extra espresso shots either. Réservez une table maintenant
