This used to be my go-to store until April of this year. I purchased a lunch item that was expired, and when I tried to call the number on my receipt (the same one listed on Google), my calls went unanswered and eventually got disconnected. I had to drive back to the store to report the expired food. When I spoke to the managers, I found their response surprisingly nonchalant, insisting that the date I saw wasn't the expiration date, but rather the date they donate food to charity. I visit this Starbucks three times a week and always order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with just three ice cubes, and I've never had any issues. However, today my drink was filled to only about 80%, and when I mentioned that it wasn't full, the barista explained that it was because I didn’t ask for enough ice. The reason I order it that way is that they typically put in too much ice and not enough drink. I've been a regular at this Starbucks for years without any problems, so this was really disappointing. I'm shaking my head.
"This Starbucks is just what you'd expect. I dropped in for a morning coffee and noticed that there was ample parking available since it shares a lot with CVS. The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean. The staff were both efficient and friendly. Even though it was bustling outside at 7:45 on a Saturday morning, the inside was surprisingly calm. We got our order in less than five minutes, and there were only a handful of customers seated inside."
As much as we wish the service in Starbucks is not very consistent! I have been to 100s of them all over U.S. and Canada (I would never go to a Starbucks outside of North America). I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly, this one was on the good side! Very organized with pleasant staff. Réservez une table maintenant
