This used to be my favorite go-to store until April of this year. I received an expired lunch item, and when I tried to call the number on my receipt (which is the same as the one listed on Google for the business), my calls just kept ringing and then got cut off. I ultimately had to drive back to the store to inform them about the expired food. When I spoke to the managers, their response was surprisingly casual, arguing that the date I saw wasn't the expiration date but rather the date they donate food to charity. I visit this Starbucks three times a week and always order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with just three ice cubes, and I've never had a problem. However, today my drink was filled about 80% and when I mentioned it wasn't full, the attendant told me it was because I didn’t request enough ice. The reason I order it that way is because they usually put too much ice and not enough beverage. I've been coming to this Starbucks for years without any issues, and this was really disappointing. As much as we wish the service in Starbucks is not very consistent! I have been to 100s of them all over U.S. and Canada (I would never go to a Starbucks outside of North America). I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly, this one was on the good side! Very organized with pleasant staff.
