I've consistently had poor service at this location. There's always the same server, and according to their website, they close at 9 PM. However, I've visited multiple times between 7:30 and 9 PM, and they always claim to be closed. They also frequently run out of many items and can be quite rude. I'm giving it 2 stars because I do enjoy Starbucks, but this place really needs better management.

It's always bustling on a Sunday afternoon. I walked in expecting the service inside to be quick and less hectic, but that wasn't the case. However, it was still faster than waiting in the long drive-thru line. If possible, your best bet is probably to order for pickup. On a positive note, all my orders have been accurate and delicious!
I want to give a big shout-out to the staff for their quick service and fantastic food. Everything I tried tasted better than at other Starbucks locations. The customer service was excellent, and I appreciate how they handled a disruptive situation with a threatening individual. I will definitely be coming back! ❤️ Réservez une table maintenant
I've been a long-time customer of this chain, but I may not be for much longer. Every time I visit the Silicon Valley location, there's a line and only one employee working. Waiting 15 minutes just for a coffee? They really need to get their act together and improve their customer service.
Every time I walk by this restaurant, there is never anyone behind the counter after 5:30-6pm. Their hours say they close at 8pm, but a few times I have passed by before 6:30pm and all the lights were on but no one was there. It's inconsistent and frustrating to waste my time.
I really like this location of Starbucks! The staff is really good and I always get my drinks exactly like I ordered them.
This drive through Starbucks is so convenient but their lines are crazy and they hardly ever carry the items advertised. Réservez une table maintenant
