I often visit this Starbucks with my son, and I consistently encounter the same issue: the drinks are always served far too hot. I find myself repeatedly going back to ask them to add cold milk for my son or to remake my own drink. It seems that I might need to specifically request that they prepare the drinks at a certain temperature each time I order. Otherwise, it feels like they might just be reheating milk that’s already too hot. Unfortunately, I haven't had this problem at any other Starbucks locations.
I visited this location on Sunday, and towards the end of the evening, a woman began yelling and verbally abusing the staff in a very disruptive manner. I have to commend the entire team for handling the situation with grace and professionalism. They remained incredibly kind and composed throughout the ordeal. Customer service can be challenging, but these employees made it seem effortless. Kudos to Starbucks for employing such outstanding individuals!
Multiple time I use the drive through and the drinks have spills on lids. Clean your lids and cups BEFORE handing it out. As a customer we are paying top dollar for service! *Edit* This morning I got my first hot Pike and on got a lovely surprise of grounds in my cup. The only reason I go to this Starbucks is out of necessity not because I like it. I will be continuing my patronage elsewhere.
Come here often with my son, they ALWAYS make the drinks way to hot, I have to consistently go back up and ask them to pour cold milk in for my son or make my drink. I guess I have to ask them to make it a certain temp everytime I order? That or they arejust reheating already hot milk. Not good. Don't have issues with any other Starbucks but this one. I returned to the restaurant and explained my previous experience. The staff was very kind and understanding, and they made things right. I highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly, and they have great outdoor seating as well as indoor options. The drinks are also excellent.
