I called the store and said I picked up a mobile order and one of my items were missing. One of the baristas rudely said that it was because there was no more of what I ordered. Her tonality over the phone is unacceptable and she shouldn’t talk to customers like they’re dumb. I asked very nicely and got a very rude response. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Manager talked the exact same way. I wonder where they get it from…RIDICULOUS
They don't seem to know how to make caramel macchiatos. I ordered one, and it was unsatisfactory—more like water and milk. I asked the barista to remake it, but I got the same bland drink. It's disappointing that such a simple item on the menu couldn't be done right. Starbucks really needs to train their staff on drink preparation.
A great place for coffee I've been there like 3 times and every time I have went here I've always got fast and successful orders and the employees were very kind and respectful. There are tables and chairs outside for sitting and just to either drink or eatoutside. I always had a great time here.
Unfortunately they got my order incorrect. The nitro coffee I order from my Starbucks never puts ice in the cup. So my wife and I got 3 Oz of coffee each, for $9. Luckily I will never have a reason to go to that location again. If the service was faster I would have had it corrected. Réservez une table maintenant
This is a wonderful spot for coffee that I have visited three times. Each visit has been smooth and efficient, with friendly and respectful staff. The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying drinks or food outside. I always have a fantastic experience here.
This place can be hit or miss. I've noticed some inconsistencies with the caramel frappuccino and venti sizes. However, the staff is always super friendly.
