Today we had an amazing experience at Starbucks. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful, truly making our day. In spite of it being lunchtime, the barista engaged in a great conversation with us, assisted us in loading garden supplies into our car, and even brought over a puppy-themed treat for our dog. We can't wait to return! Huge thanks to Derek—I'm pretty sure that was your name!
I've always appreciated this restaurant. The staff has consistently been friendly and attentive. However, like many businesses, they've faced challenges with employee turnover due to the pandemic. I completely understand how difficult this situation can be, and I commend them for their resilience. I have a feeling they’re working hard to adapt and keep things running smoothly.
