The staff is friendly, and the drive-thru service is fairly efficient during busy times. However, the quality of the drinks consistently disappoints, even when it's not peak hours. Since this is a drive-thru location, it seems like speed might be their main priority. Although it's the closest drive-thru to me, I've been let down every time I try to give them another chance. From now on, I'll be willing to go out of my way for a better experience.
My mobile order was ready at the promised time, as I walked into this Starbucks. They may have more high schoolers frequent this location compared to others I have been to before, so the store volume may be a bit louder, but I had my earbuds in, as Ienjoyed my cold brew and book. I have to note that they close the indoor dining area at 8pm but their drive-thru remains openlater. The staff are friendly, and my drink was delightful.
This is possibly one of the best Starbucks locations. The product quality is always consistent, and the recent renovations have made the space even more inviting. However, what truly distinguishes this location is the exceptional customer service provided by all the familiar faces I encounter there (you all know who you are!).
