When using the drive-thru, my orders are consistently incorrect, despite me repeating my requests multiple times. I often find myself asking them to remake the same drink three times, which points to a lack of effective management. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking and a drive-thru available. However, the restaurant itself is quite small. I also noticed that the staff often appear disengaged; in fact, I’ve seen them texting and socializing instead of focusing on their work. This ongoing issue with incorrect orders has led me to the frustrating decision to stop visiting this Starbucks altogether. It's just not worth the constant hassle.
