This is my favorite Starbucks ever! Went way out of their way to fix a mobile phone order that I had made for pickup. But I mistakenly placed the order for pickup at the wrong Starbucks location. When I drove up to the Window , the lady looked at my phone and saw I was at the wrong store. Without hesitation, and without any coaxing, she filled the order and brought it out to my car. The whole situation was handled perfectly. What competent and pleasant people to deal with These guys are my favorites no doubt about it. I will be back. Starbucks, these folks serve your franchise well!
This is very practical Starbucks when you are in Prospect, KY area. It is very clean, recently renovated. Well equipped. Designed and designed with plenty of space including many corners for small quick meetings. There is an outdoor area surrounded by a busy car park. Baristas are nice, knowledgeable and polite. They are well trained and very efficient during busy times.
