Some of the employees at Starbucks Coffee are friendly and provide great service, but unfortunately, others can be rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Getting a correctly made drink is rare, as most of the time they don’t listen carefully to orders. Only two staff members consistently get it right, which is why I gave two stars. The rest seem either indifferent or overwhelmed by busy times. Being busy is no excuse for poor service or mistakes with orders. Stress should never justify bad service or poorly prepared drinks. Service rating: 1.
