I stopped by to grab some coffee and take a break from my ride, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was served. I ordered three frappes and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was ready in no time. A young lady named Merg assisted me, and I absolutely adored her friendly demeanor. My grandson, who is 2, is a huge Mickey Mouse fan, and he loved her too! While we waited for our drinks and bacon bites, she engaged him in conversation about microphones. It was my First time using my mobile ???? app to order ahead.. It was the most pleasant experience I've had in a while... My drinks were sitting ready and waiting for me to get there... I will say it didn't take them very long to fulfill my order soo my drinks were sitting for a little bit ???? (totally my fault)... Next time I'll order when I'm a little closer to the store... Excellent service ????????????????... .. . Definite Go to Drinks- Venti Iced ???? Caramel Macchitto and either Venti Dragon ???? Drink ???? or the Pink ???? Drink... .. . They are Must Haves ????????... .. .!!!

I was informed that they were running low on trenta cups and could only provide a grande water. When I asked if they could fill my hydro flask to avoid using more cups, I was told no. I then requested three cups of ice water, only to be told that they were low on ice and couldn't fill all the cups. I ended up canceling my order, which was over $27. I won't be returning, especially if water is such a scarcity at this location. Réservez une table maintenant

Ask for 3 cups of ice water and get told they are running low on ice andcan?t put ice in all the cups. Canceled my order all together which was $27 and some change. Won?t be back especially if waterand I are so hard to come by at this location

It was my first time ordering through the mobile app, and it was such a delightful experience! My drinks were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I have to admit, it didn’t take long for my order to be prepared, so my drinks ended up sitting for a bit (completely my fault). Next time, I’ll make sure to place my order when I'm a bit closer to the store. Overall, the service was excellent!

Server at the window said she felt I was ?accusing? her of being at fault for their card reader being down?.because I made the remark that this was the 2nd Starbucks in as many days with the same problem. I think she got offended because I didn?t feel comfortable handing over my unlocked phone for her to take to the front counter to scan. Not customer friendly

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a warm "good morning" and "hello" from numerous staff members. There were so many friendly faces that I lost count! Caught up in the moment, I responded back but didn't realize how much their warm welcome would enhance my experience. It made my Kiwi Starfruit taste even sweeter! Thank you, ladies!
