I ordered on my mobile app and decided to go order food to give some time to have our drinks ready. We go inside, there are so many people waiting for drinks mobile and store orders. There is only 1 bartista and 1 cashier on the floor. There are so many backed up drink orders and he is making them so slow like he doesn't care. There was no other employee there to support and get the drinks out to customers. We had to wait 25 min for our drinks they were wrong. The stickers on the drinks are there for a reason, but I guess when you have people who work there not caring nor apologizing for the wait. The other employees were in the back talking. my run group frequently meets at this starbucks, for 2 main reasons: convenience and coffee! this location is at the corner of san carlos and laurel, very visible from every direction and well lit in the early morning and evening hours of the winter months, making it a great meeting location. and after our morning jog through san carlos, we like to sit down for a cup 'o joe and have a chatter before we head off to work.the interior is a little smaller than other starbucks, but still some chairs tables available. this location has some sidewalk seating, which is great for some fresh air. there is a bathroom inside, a little hit or miss though (i 've often been here when the bathroom is closed...
When I finally received my drinks, they were both incorrect. The stickers clearly indicated what the drinks were and what modifications had been made, but it seemed like they either didn't care or just didn't bother to read them. This has happened to me multiple times at this location, and it’s frustrating that nothing ever changes.
Honestly, this is one of the locations I try to avoid. The customer service at Starbucks has been disappointing overall—rude staff who don’t take any action to address complaints. I think I’ll be choosing Peet’s from now on.
The two staff members working at the time of my visit (a man and a woman) were not very good baristas! They were flirting and touching each other while on the job, which affected their professionalism. As a result, my $10 coffee (white mocha with 4 blonde shots, no whipped cream, and 10 pumps of white chocolate) was quite disappointing!

I ordered a couple of drinks and Sylvia was so helpful and thoughtful of making sure my drinks were all correct, if I needed anything, and giving me recommendations on foods and drinks!Kid-friendliness: Saw a couple of kids with their friends and parents
The cashier was unfriendly. Despite there being no one in line, I had to wait five minutes while he chatted with his coworkers. He didn't even come to the register until I said "Hi." His attitude was very off-putting. Disappointing experience.
Every morning, I receive great customer service from Nate and Kit !They seem to do all of it with ease , I appreciate that they are warm and friendly ,so early in the morning .Great way to start my day, with great customer service !
Very bad service from the cashier silvia very rude because i asked her for the cream separately for my coffees and she charged me,and she gave me the change in bad way.
